Involved with repairs and upgrades of on-board computers for the Virgin Cross-Country Voyager Class 220/221 fleet, this included upload and download of data and software upgrades, seat reservation software updates and programming of internal seat reservation displays and additional passenger information system display equipment. Also performed Authorised Vehicle Modifications such as replacing emergency couplers, CCTV and items under Warranty. This work involved extensive travel across UK to various Rail Depots and required site safety briefings, prior to being allowed to work on-site
